ESP China boy finds non-mundane girl.
A guy that deals in porcelain and the like is amazed to find someone he thinks is an ideal woman. Given this is a horror novel or ghost story or whatever you want to call it, he soon learns that she really isn’t. He has a bit of the old esp, which is probably not to his benefit in the whole thing. It also has a very dodgy ending.
